1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a plan on AceCSE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AceCSE provides online exam preparation materials for Canadian securities certification exams, including practice questions, flashcards, mindmaps, video courses, and study dashboards. All study content is independently authored by our team and is not copied from, endorsed by, or affiliated with any official certifying body, regulatory organization, or exam provider, including CIRO, CSI, or any of their subsidiaries.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — sharing account access is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are one-time payments for a fixed access period (30, 90, or 365 days). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Due to the digital nature of our study materials and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed and access is granted, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to take advantage of our free practice questions before purchasing to ensure the platform meets your needs.

5. Pass Guarantee

AceCSE offers a one-year unconditional pass guarantee on all paid plans. If you do not pass your exam within your access period, contact us with proof of your exam result and we will extend your premium access at no additional charge until you pass. This guarantee is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AceCSE — including questions, explanations, flashcards, mindmaps, video courses, formula sheets, and study materials — is the original work of AceCSE and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the platform without written permission.

AceCSE content is independently created for educational purposes. Any resemblance to official study materials or exam content is coincidental. We do not claim any affiliation with, nor do we represent, any official exam body or certifying organization.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

AceCSE provides study materials to assist with exam preparation. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing any specific exam. Our pass guarantee (Section 5) provides extended access, not a refund. AceCSE is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or your exam results.

10. Disclaimer

AceCSE is an independent exam preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or in any way connected to the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), or any other regulatory or certifying body. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of the applicable Canadian jurisdiction.
